Arabic K-12 Network lauches the "Haya! Project"
The "Haya! Project" is short for Hayya Nudarris Ma'ayeer Ta'alum Al-'Arabiyya! or Standards Based Arabic Teaching. The project is funded by STARTALK and implemented by the National Capital Language Resource Center to develop Standards-based Arabic teachers in the U.S. The Haya! Project was completed in early 2010 and is now available to the public at haya.us
